We recently chose to use Perry Jones Funeral Services when our mum passed away suddenly after a very short battle with cancer. My sister and I had never had to arrange a funeral before, but Emma was on hand to guide us through the process in a caring and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always available to guide and support us through the process, even over the Christmas period. Emma went above and beyond to ensure our mum had the best send off possible, even arranging for a bottle of sambuca to be available for people who wanted to pay respects and say goodbye to mum in the funeral home. The other staff members we encountered were friendly and professional and genuinely looked proud to be working for Perry Jones. We will be forever grateful to Emma and her team for everything they did for us and in the care they showed our mum. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Perry Jones Funeral Services to anyone who may need their services.

We as a family cannot speak highly enough of Emma and the team at Perry Jones who we entrusted with the funeral of our dear mum. Everyone involved was helpful, professional, compassionate, efficient and just all round brilliant. Plus the cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. At such a difficult time I can't thank all at Perry Jones, especially Emma for the care and support given. Went above and beyond in taking care of my dad and the whole family. Helped us with so many things, finding us the perfect funeral celebrant, suggestions for the order of service and how looked, the carving on the coffin, flowers and even sorted the venue for the wake. Ensured my dad got the send off he deserved, with dignity and care and it was the perfect celebration of his life.

When my mum passed away earlier this year we wanted to find a local, family run funeral directors and found Perry Jones Funeral Services online. From meeting with Emma for the first time we knew immediately that we'd found the perfect service. Emma was so comforting and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. Perry Jones were extremely professional and helpful when it came to arranging my farhers funeral. They came highly recommended after they took care of my cousins arrangements the year before. Emma is compassionate, understanding and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave my dad the send off he would have been proud of. I didnt think I'd be arranging a funeral for my father before I was 30 but she just made everything easy, I felt she really took a huge weight off my shoulders.
