La na1 StarSo we were lied about pretty much everything about the apartment we moved in a couple of weeks ago. We were told that everything was working and literally everything was broken including the toilet tank, washing machine, blinds, the heaters etc! It’s been two weeks and they’re still not fixed. House buying/selling can be a stressful and complicated process, and you need a good estate agent to help you through it. I might not have got my house without the support and determination of Marcella and Clare. They really cared and are very good at their jobs. They were amazing.
