*DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES* NICE TRY WITH YOUR ANSWER BELOW BUT! The photo clearly shows the skip on my drive WITH the damage clearly showing from when you delivered the EMPTY skip. When I called after the driver delivered it I could hear you saying "he hasn't put the legs down again" to someone in your office. So just like when you said you would phone back when I told you about the damage this is another fib maybe !!. As I said below, I leave lots of reviews and this is one of a tiny few that are less than complementary. If you had bothered to offer advice I would be writing about how you helped but instead you have just compounded the issue by not being straight or at least just plain wrong. I have worked for myself and understand the damage a bad review can do. but, I thought long and hard about this and figured other paying customers should know the facts and make there own choice. Telling me you would call back and not doing so just delayed how long it took to get this damage fixed. I had to cover the damage for days to prevent anyone getting injured or damaging their cars.. However, I am fair and honest and, if you can show me what you have put in place to prevent this kind of thing happening again and how you will help customers when it does then I will happily remove or update this review. Until then I can only advise anyone looking that I would not use you again. And we haven't even discussed the discrepancy between the skip size I paid for and the one you brought. That I will chalk up to experience I think!.. Original post below ⬇️ The wagon badly damaged the path outside my house and pink skips ignored me when I contacted them about it, saying, they would get back to me but never doing so. The skip was much smaller than I thought I had paid for, but it seems something that happens a lot with this company when looking back at the other comments and I didn't really want them coming back unnecessarily and risking more damage.. They did seem competitive on price but overall the costs and hassle far out way the very very small saving ( About £15 if I think) I strongly advise using a more reputable company. Just in case you think I'm complaining for the sake of it, have a look at my other reviews. Either way, use this company at your own risk, in my opinion they are poor at the very least TAKE NOTE, ALL THE RECENT NEW REVIEWS ARE BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE ONLY EVER LEFT ONE REVIEW. UMM A BIT SUSPICIOUS!!!

Hired a skip,last Wednesday 25th May just for 3 days,as for them to pick up on the Friday has we finished with it,now 2nd June still got it,after numerous of calls to them,still no pick up,not happy at all,and won't even pick phone up 2nd June had 8 days,

I helped this company out when somebody was trying to make a fraudulent claim against them I gave them video evidence that helped them for in return I would be able to have a skip if I ever need one well today I tried to get one absolutely desgusted was told to ring back for 3 weeks now they saying they can knock 20 pounds of the hire price karma will hit them an noone will help them good luck pinky
