I bought a bmw 316 eco sport from this garage, i was slightly concerned as i bought the car all online and over the phone . The sales team sent me a video walk around and a detailed email of the service history and put my concerns at rest. The car was paid for on the Thursday and delivered the Friday in exactly the condition described by the garage. the delivery driver was polite and helpful. I have been driving the car for a few days now and it has been faultless. The people i have dealt with have been very polite and helpful. Would defiantly recommend

I too bought a car online and over the phone, so had not seen the car in person! I had a bad crash two weeks ago and couldn’t have faced the showrooms but needed a car for work. Fantastic garage. Cannot say enough good words about them. Firstly, their communication is top notch, always replying to my endless queries (sorry, haha!) and will regularly keep you up to date as they carry out their work. In a post-Covid world, it's surprisingly hard to find anyone who replies back to you, and in a quick manner. From the moment you talk to the garage it's immediately obvious they are friendly, honest, fair and won't rip you off. In fact I had a lot of work done on my car and the cost was incredibly good for the amount of work done. Moreover, my car felt like a completely different car after the work had been done and ran so much better! Happily going to use them again in the future when I want/need some more jobs doing. If you are looking for car repairs or maintenance, I would seriously not look anywhere else in Bury than Piston&Rotor, you won't regret it. Thanks again guys!
