Worst pizza ever, under cooked and gave me stomach cramps, doesn't deserve 1 star. Delivery driver was a joke, didn't know what he was doing or where he was going, pizza was cold. Ordered from this hut so many times but definitely not anymore. Please give me my money back, only good thing was the Pepsi max

Recieved my order and had the incorrect item. When I called them, they informed me they ran out of mac and cheese and just substituted cheese triangles which are never good and much cheaper. If they had called me and let me know that they didn't have what I wanted, I would have cancelled the order. Instead they just sent it. When i called them, the guy who answered didn't really seem to care. Very poor customer service and he told me to just go through corporate customer care instead of trying to resolve the issue himself. Now I'll have to wait a week to hear back from them and take more time and effort to get this resolved. The pizza was also just poorly made. Will not be getting this pizza hut in the future.

We made an order online that never arrived. When we called the store supervisor he just said he had no idea where the delivery guy was and gave us his phone number. He said he didn't know what to do, we ended up asking for a refund online. Unprofessional to say the least.
