Ordered a kebab 23:20 delivered 23:26 I have had warmer ice cubes it was as though they took it out the fridge put it in a microwave and then put it on a naan bread.

The Chicken Shawarma Calzone was disgusting, totally inedible. Full of gristle and totally unidentifiable as anything fit for human consumption, let alone chicken - it made a tin of cat food look appetising. I will contact the FSA in the morning because I have serious concerns as to what this "chicken" is

Chicken wings, fries & pizza were cold and tasteless. Donner had a massive hair in it so didn't even try it. So dissatisfied and disappointed. £20 wasted. Won't be going there again

Well what can I say about this place. After ordering and waiting one and a half hours the food still hadn't turned up. Normally food is okay not the best but cheap enough if you can handle a bit on an upset stomach in the morning. We cancelled the order only for the order to arrive. After telling the driver to go (when we were in bed) the restaurant denied we had cancelled the order and just eat advised the restaurant had stated the meal was delivered... If people want an average meal with very poor service then order but I can can guarantee there are better places out there. When I called the restaurant for a refund the manager advised he.would drive down and talk to me face to face like their takeaways I am still waiting three days later

Usually good food but this time over 1/4 of the tray was empty, felt ripped off. If 30% of the food is missing then they should charge 30% less. Hard earned money gone down the drain. Been going here for years mainly in store and I've always liked the food but when a big portion of the food is missing you feel robbed.
