From the initial enquiry he showed professionalism and took time to understand what our needs were. He was very informative and provided a great service. He was able to offer the next available appointment and it was a smooth process. He spent time explaining the exact process on arrival, used high quality products/equipment. Cleaned the rug and restored it's life at a good price. He was friendly, polite and self sufficient to complete the job. Tristan showed great knowledge and competency in this industry, from the advice given.
