Most of the staff are very nice apart from one, the tall skinny one who i believe is the owner. Only two tills in this post office and she just stands there watching the queue get bigger, 12 people long and she still didn't open her till and the poor girl on the open till was rushed off her feet. Don't bother using this post office.

The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful and have been for the 20+ years I have been going there. Whoever wrote 'rude, pedantic¶noid...' about the staff has never actually been there and needs to stop randomly dipping into a dictionary to draw out words they do not understand.

I am a regular user of the post office, my old post office was lovely, I have been in this post office twice since I've moved to the area. And both occasions I was made to feel unwelcome and a little alienated. The first time the woman at the desk was very dismissive with me and the second time, I was waiting at what I thought was the beginning of the queue (it wasnt), the lady at the desk let me stand there for a good few minutes before telling me the queue went the other way. Very bad customer service but not completely the woman who served me after the queue fiascos was very nice and polite, I'm a new face around platt bridge and should be made to feel a little more welcome but I wasn't. Next time i need to send an item I'm going to the one further down the road see if they are any better.
