Edward Brock1 StarI have shopped in all 3 branches of Plumb Factory for years.
The Bolton branch in particular is a contender for the worst branch of any shop in the UK. The staff are useless at this branch and are very passive aggressive sarcastic and patronising.
This company is not awful, it's just the members of staff in this branch that are the bad eggs. My view is that the Bolton branch have been letting the Plumb Factory team down for a long time. The Bolton branch needs a shake up, new members of staff and new branch manager.
I would strongly suggest to go to either the Howrich or Stockport branch instead. Both of these other branches are more helpful and treat you as a valued customer.
Or my better advice is to go to Halliwell Plumbers Merchants in Bolton instead as the same product from the same supplier was £68 cheaper. And they value your custom.Thursday 30th June 2022

Heidi Isherwood5 StarPipe split on my boiler at home, my plumbers who were there fixing it said they would have to wait 2 days for their usual plumbers merchant to get it.😩 I rang plumb factory they had the part but at another branch, but within half an hour they’d had it brought to my local branch.
