Faz Kara1 StarI ordered a part for a small boiler, a plastic control knob, on the 09/03/2021, was told it will arrive in a week, after calling 4 times was told they will ring me when it arrives and not to keep ringing, finally I rang back afire 2 weeks on the 08/04/2021, was told it arrived last Thursday but mo one bothered 😕 to let me know, applauding service, stick to Graham’s plumbers merchants from now on!!!!!!!!Friday 9th April 2021
