I bought a new kitchen sink online from another firm. When I came to install it, the fittings that came with it clearly weren't going to work with any UK system. I went to Plumb Direct, and they helped me troubleshoot my problem, giving me some excellent advice. I didn't even end up buying any parts from them as I already had them. I managed to solve the problem and now I have a fully functioning kitchen sink! The gentleman that helped was incredibly helpful, I'll definitely be using these guys as my first port of call for any plumbing work in the future. Thank you.

I had a problem with a ceramic bathroom tap that was dripping. I'm a DIYer and was extremely impressed how helpful the guys were behind the counter. They gave me advice, sold me the appropriate kit and told me how to do the job – which was successful. It was very much appreciated.

Situated canalside , past Hawk Green Mill on industrial estate.Used this place a few times. There are usually a couple of tradesmen standing at the counter drinking the free coffee and chatting. Bit like a bar really. Pleanty of choice here, Not too much advise but sometimes a gem or two.... Would reccommmend as they have always been ok with me and fixed me up most times. John
