Purchased a 24v golf buggy battery and charger on 16th Dec 2020 costing around £600. Due to covid and golf courses in Scotland being closed i never used it until April/May 2021. The charger broke down at beginning of May 2022 and I contacted Powerhouse hoping due to the usage of the charger that they would replace it as you would think a quality item would last more than 13months. However because it only comes with a 12 month guarantee they refused to replace it. The best they said they could do was 25 per cent off the price of a new charger which incidently is £130. Very disappointed in Powerhouse a leading name in golf etc so wont be giving them any more of my business or recommending them to anyone. Ian Hoskins

Avoid at all cost. Also see the poor reviews received in trustpilot. Order no. AJ12NQ70016793. Ordered something 2 months ago and the item hasnt arrived. I had to email them to ask about the item and they replied the item is out of stock. They dont bother contacting me letting me know the item is not in stock or indicate in their website that the item is out of stock. Rgds
