Rukhsana Butt5 StarA huge shop. Sells practically all bits and bobs. Clean and organised with good aisle space. The staff are friendly and take you straight to what your looking for, just ask. It literally has a massive range of goods covering a wide range of shopping areas from DIY to beauty to kitchenware. There's stuff for boaters, campers and home lovers. Pop in and have a look. G I5 StarAn Aladdins cave of all sorts of stuff that you never knew you needed. So much in one store and all at a decent price. There's beauty and hair products in here that retail in major stores for more than double what Poynton Bargain Store sell at. Makita, DeWalt, Otoplex. Melanie Parker1 StarDo NOT buy electrical goods from this store, they refused to give me an exchange or refund for an extension lead which was faulty even with a receipt! They said I had to have the packaging! Why would you keep the cheap packaging for an extension lead?!?! This is illegal so not sure why they think its ok to get away with this! now left with a faulty extension which wasnt cheap anyway! Buy from another store! youve been warned!
Update - I had proof of purchase which you werent interested in! I didnt shout, another customer tried to help me because you were rude and he pointed out to you that it was an legal requirement to exchange faulty goods as he owned his own business selling goods! I know my rights and the packaging is nonsense! what you have done is illegal! Ive noticed you sell very expensive electrical products people must be nuts to buy them with no way of returning them if theyre faulty! I certainly wont be buying from you again, you are con artists! you need to read up on consumer rights!Tuesday 1st February 2022
