Tea Wallace1 StarOrdered over the phone for delivery said it would be 30 mins. Waiting 45 mins and still no delivery so I rang them. A guy answered, I explained my delivery hasn’t arrived yet. He then said they rang they knocked on and rang our phone yet - no missed calls and no one knocked on. He rudely was interrupted me saying that they did knock and ring. Then proceeded to put the phone down whilst I was talking. Turns out they went to wrong postcode.
Very rude customer service, wasn’t interested in the phone call. I wouldn’t recommend.Sunday 5th June 2022
