Was getting better under new management b and better stock, but some of old habits and old staff crept back in. Not charging you what it says on price labels etc. Shortchanged me once to tune of £3.50, made to feel it was my fault. Today two young girls left a very rude note in my bag. Totally unprofessional. I'D have been sacked for doing that when I was younger and worked in shop. Just been chatting to them about my business. No customer service skills obviously and very immature. How do they manage to even get a job? Watch your change in this shop!! Up the Rd there's another shop less hassleand polite staff be going there from now on.

Local Premier Shop its OK for bits and bats or using the PayPoint facility but the shop is terribly understocked some days - it needs some improvement I'm afraid. AMENDMENT: Since the shop was taken over my new management over a year ago, standards have improved since my first entry. Sadly though I feel a little intimidated recently when going into the shop at night for something as I feel its like a meeting place for youngsters including the assistant behind the counter joining in the conversation. Not very professional.

I cannot comment on the premises as I have Never visited the premises on any occasion. I have just seen the premises is under new management. Update after my visit of today i came away from the premises disgusted, I made my first purchase on 19\06 \ 2020 only to find that the product was sour and un drinkable not a good first impression by the premises.

Miles better now Dean is not there, it was always understocked and staff weren't always polite, but now it's great it's fully stocked, they have a cash machine and polite amazin staff.
