We recently purchased a car, sight-unseen, from Premier Isuzu & Select Used Cars Manchester. I dealt with a very competent, polite & professional sales chap, called Jourdan. Figures were agreed, finance signed & sealed and the car delivered to us, free of charge ! Based 200 miles away & purchasing an expensive car without viewing first is always a concern, especially when doing it for the first time ! Such is the modern, click & collect world, I suppose. Jourdan was transparent, open and honest throughout, answering all of our questions and making us feel completely at ease. On arrival, the car really did exceed our expectations. It was prepared & presented to a very high standard, as promised, and all paperwork was present & correct. Highly commend Jourdan for a sterling job, his hard work & efficiency. Thank you. Couldn’t be happier & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Premier Isuzu & Select used cars ! I contacted this Kia branch on Thursday1st of March, I had seen a Sportage on their website, the gentleman I spoke with was Charley Murton. He explained the car was a former demonstrator, I had been surprised to see a latest generation Sportage for sale so soon. I explained I wished to part exchange my current vehicle against a prospective purchase. I went to the dealership the following Tuesday, Charley was very welcoming and offered me a coffee, I needed it after having been at the mercy of a satnav for over an hour. He made me a very welcome offer on my vehicle and then we went for a test drive. Loved the car straight away. The negotiations were done professionally and efficiently, he then sorted out delivery to my home the following day, amazingly quickly. I have contacted him a couple of times since with a few questions he has continued to be extremely helpful each time. I am very impressed with this dealership and Charley in particular. A note to Charley your directions to get me home we’re spot on no need for the satnav and a half hour quicker!! Brilliant experience from start to finnish dealing with the team from Hyde especially Matt who couldn't have been more helpfull. Everything went very smoothly and the car is brilliant .Cann't believe the aftersales package that comes with the deal . In my 40 years of buying cars this is the best service I have ever had . A big thanks to Matt again it was like dealing with a friend I have known for years From start to finish our experience of Premier Automobiles excellent. Our salesman Neil was professional, friendly and helpful and he made the buying experience easy. He talked us through the whole process, ensuring that we had all the information we required to help us decide on the right car for us. Despite being further away than other dealerships, we felt the journey to Premier was worth the extra mileage. Neil's honest, no flannel approach was reassuring and we will definitely go back to Premier in the future. In fact, we will be using their service department for our annual services.

Used for service and MOT on my Mitsubishi. Picked up and dropped off at my house, which was very convenient. Quoted and agreed the work to be done and communicated well beforehand. You are paying main dealer prices, but this comes with the peace of mind that it is being done according to the manufacturer's instructions.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST! Took our car for an electric fault diagnosis after our wipers have completely stopped working. We tried the obvious which was a wiper motor change before and because the new motor didn't want to start after connecting to the car and all fuses were fine, we thought this might be a serious issue requiring tools and specialized knowledge to diagnose. We even downloaded the service flowchart specifying the steps which need to be carried out, in order to troubleshoot the issue. After a few hours in the garage, customer service team rang up saying that our car is ready for collection. I asked about the findings and was told that it is a faulty wiper motor and offered to replace it for 485GBP. Nobody wanted to listen that we already tried this, and it didn't work. Back then I had no hard evidence so didn't insist on a retest. Furthermore, when my partner was collecting the car, he asked for instrument readings indicating this was the case, but they said they will not provide any. I have even asked what they would do if they order a new motor and the repair doesn't work, all I heard was that they would book the car in again!!! Luckily, we had only lost 132 GBP so far. I am trying to set this right with the service, but since two days I am being told, that the service manager is either not at desk or will ring me back. We have a video proving that our wiper motor is working with an external power supply correctly and that the plug is not supplying electricity. I am looking forward to the manager's reply, because this isn't acceptable.

Avoid con artists apparently my car needed new brake pads and brake disks every year and only used it for a to b whent to diffrent garge and they said its impossible to need new ones not had new ones for 3 year now I would be surprised if they even did anything and just charged me for nothing never buy mitsubishi again if that's what mechanics you have working for you avoid avoid or get second opinion.
