Excellent - Colin arrived when he said he would and was friendly and professional. Replaced the fan element in our main oven quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend and definitely use again👍 Many thanks, Colin

Fantastic service. Turned up when they said they would, and offered great advice. Sadly the cost to replace the part for our dishwasher (£300+) meant it wasn't worth doing the repair as the machine was around 10 years old. Colin recommended it would be better value to buy a new one. Although he visited us, and called us later to give us the quote he waived the site visit fee which I thought was extremely kind and decent - considering we weren't going to use their service. Superb company, and one I'd have no hesitation to recommend.
