The lady agreed to see me on the bank holiday thank goodness! I'd had some bad luck with an at-home relaxer and my hair had burnt and snapped off. She took great care and time to cut the damaged hair off and styled it. She was brilliant! Thank you very much.

Lady "A" manager spoke rudely and threw money in change back at me dropping some. I'd visited her for almost 8 years and I told her I wasn't happy with my eyebrows which she would normally ask me about anyway and instead of treating me like a loyal customer she ensured I never return to her again. Apart from this, they don't clean the chairs and use the same disgusting equipment that's used for others. Especially with COVID i would have thought they took this seriously but they don't. She also speaks in her mother tongue and walks off not giving you the attention you deserve. Find her rude and revolting and I've since taken myself elsewhere to someone who is reasonably priced, CLEAN and polite. Avoid at all costs if you know what's good for you. I would give her a 0 if I had the choice.

lovely place, super friendly staff, amazing haircut! i would recommend 100% best haircut i have had in a long time! the hair wash was also incredible and super relaxing!
