We Highly recommend Profound Installations Ltd We had a new back door fitted and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the service that was provided was outstanding and extremely professional. On the day of the work being carried out I went into hospital to have my baby and was worried I’d come home to a mess, I was so wrong. I really wouldn’t of known anyone had been. The lads that carried out the work was very understanding and reassured me I’d have nothing to worry about and all was in hand. We arrived home the following day with a new born baby and a brand new shiny door and not a trace of mess ☺️ It’s So smart, thanks again -Top guys.

Had three windows replaced at my mother's house. I found Profound due to an online search and not being satisfied with a couple of other companies we had spoken to prior. Dealing with Profound from start to finish has been wonderful. Daniel - the director was always responsive and clearly organized. The installers - Andy, Tao and Ed were excellent, worked diligently and carefully and cleaned everything up to the point you wouldn't know any work had been done. They were also kind enough to switch out a panel in the conservatory door for my mum that had a cat flap in it and was no longer needed. We will no doubt use Profound again when a couple other windows in the house will eventually need replacing. In a sea of window companies that have at best mediocre reputations, Profound should be your first and only call you make. Thank you Daniel and the lads! BD, 6/7/2021.
