Fantastic service from Sam. I’m delighted to have found this local company to deal with any gas boiler issues/services. Great communication, reliable, professional and a lovely guy. Fixed the problems with my boiler at a reasonable price, explained the problem and what he was doing, cleaned up when he’d finished. I’ll be using Sam for my annual boiler service in future Contacted Quality Gas because boiler had broken down again and we decided to go for a new one. Well Sam and team have just finished installing it. Didnt take them long. The whole process from choosing to installation was trouble free. Sam proved very knowledgeable and helpful from the offset. He gained our confidence straight away, and it hasn't been misplaced both are hardworking professionals, polite and best of all good at cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely use them again. Price was good as well. Fantastic company and the only company I use for any central heating/gas works. I've been using Quality Gas now for over 10 years having had them take care of boiler changes, installations of completely new central heating systems, general maintenance, gas inspections etc. I can never fault their service. They are always incredibly professional, a pleasure to deal with every time, and one of few companies I have absolutely no problem recommending to friends and family. Always a 5 star service. Sam was very prompt in replying to my enquiry regarding a Gas Safety Inspection. Communication is key. He carried out the Inspection report on a tenanted property for me. My Tenant reported that Sam was prompt, friendly and trustworthy in her home. I would not hesitate in recommending Sam for a variety of work within your home. I will certainly engage with Quality Gas Manchester for all future works. I phoned Sam because another local plumbing company, had been ‘fixing’ a fault on my boiler for 9 months.They had fitted several new parts, which I didn’t need and the same fault continued.Sam stripped the boiler down, it was full of water. He spent a lot of time repairing the boiler and now it runs perfectly.He is very knowledgeable and genuine. He explained everything to me. Absolutely brilliant service, after being told by our Emergency Breakdown provider that our boiler was irrepairable and we needed a brand new boiler, we decided to get a second opinion. So glad we did, Sam from Quality Gas gave our boiler a thorough service and it's now working fine.

Came across Quality Gas while looking for a oven install. Sam was friendly, professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He is reasonably priced and his communication was excellent. He was able to fit me in promptly and was tidy and efficient. Thanks Sam, great job!

Sam came over to resolve our low water pressure. After talking us through options, Sam recommended a pump which he sourced and fitted for us. It does the job perfectly. Sam is courteous, neat and hard working. Would definitely recommend this company.
