Ben Sheppard5 StarThey are very helpful here and can alter pretty much anything, service wth a smile, tailoring work and finish on garments was excellent and all at a good price, turnaround time was good too.
I had some done for next day and the rest for the following week and all were ready on time.

Lucy Clarke2 StarIn the end the craftsmanship was fine but after having to spend my time, petrol and effort coming back 3 times because the job wasn't executed correctly I'm left dissasatified with the customer service and attitude of the lady who took payment from me. You'd think, given it was their mistake they would offer a discount given all the messing around I had to do. But no, the lady said they were out of pocket because the wrong zip had been used (their fault not mine) and I'd have to pay full price. Shame really because I was understanding, these things happen, but as a business you should try and appease your customers when it's your mistake! Next time I'll go elsewhere.Wednesday 19th October 2022
