We equipped the department with the latest up-to-date genuine diagnostic equipment and staff training to ensure we could offer our customers the same quality of service for their vehicles as the dealerships, if not better but at a much more reasonable price. Excellent service this morning having dropped the car off at 9.30 for a new air intake and pipe work to be fitted. Called an hour later to say the car was ready for collection. All in all no issues and really pleased with the service provided. Mechanic came out afterwards for a quick chat which was nice. Would definitely use the garage again. A very professional and reliable service. I found the customer service to be excellent. I really liked their attention to detail and the time they took to explain issues with my car. Really nice guys and great quality of service. I take my car there for service and MOT and have always been happy with their work and level of communication. They were even really accommodating when I had a few last minute concerns just before a long journey. They managed to squeeze me into a busy schedule to take a look and put my mind at ease! My trusted service, repair and MOT place of choice. They are friendly, honest and always do what my car needs and they don't do any unnecessary work. I can't recommend them enough. Mark is always happy to see you and always explains the work carefully and clearly. Every other garage I've been to has padded their invoices with all kinds of expensive repairs that weren't needed. The guys at R & B have never done that and that's why I won't go anywhere else. I've always been treated fairly and when they fix something it stays fixed.

R&B motors carried out an interim service for us at short notice and took time to explain their findings clearly and thoroughly - despite it being past their official closing time. They provided honest advice that the car was at an age and mileage where to fix the issues uncovered would not be money well invested. Professional and courteous service - would highly recommend!

I have been using R and B motors for over 20 years. My dad originally used it and as soon as I passed my driving test he recommended it. When I first started using it, it was Mark's dad who owned it and Mark took it over so seamlessly. The service and professionalism is superb. Mark and his team always explain to me what the issue or problem is, so it ensures that i always know they are being honest. I have been reluctant to do this review because I am scared that if I tell too many people about R&B it is going to get too busy....... However on a serious note we are all trying to find reliable, professional and honest garages and I feel that you will not find better than R and B.
