Great hidden gem of a gym. Knowledgeable trainers that push you when needed, well structured and varied sessions and a decent setup. I’ve attended R-iron for a few weeks now and already feeling and seeing the benefits...couldn’t recommend it enough and already got family and friends who have joined and loving it 👌

Fantastic gym with great instructors, very good facilities. Sento kickboxing is without doubt the best martial arts class I have ever enrolled on. One day that black belt will be mine! Big thanks to the Sento team at R-Iron fitness studio :)
