Very unorganized, they take forever, and they don't call or update their customers about their devices. Shoddy. In a nutshell: One time my partner walked in to ask for an update and the shopkeeper handed him a laptop that wasn't his. (They just keep them stacked ontop of each other under the register.) It took 5 weeks for this shop to tell my partner that they actually ordered the wrong part and it didn't fit his machine (and that was after a very angry phone call from my partner demanding an update.) How do they run a business like this?

Had to get my PC repaired for a third time in just over six months. After not really rating the firm's I got to fix it the first two times I came here. Knew I found a decent shop when he started telling me off for the state of my computer (a bit dusty) and about paying cheap Chinese parts! Not needed to go back since and will be taking any future work to him in the future. Best in Salford, trust me I tried them all now lol

Very good computer and smartphone repair shop! I came here for repairing my battery and it was a super good service. I called and Raaz(the owner) told me to just come by and let him check it, he was super quick and explained what the problem is. After 3 days the battery came in the promised time and he changed it for a very decent price. I came back home and forgot to charge the battery at 10% (even though Raaz told me) because of my fault it wasn't working. So I called the next day and visited the store, Raaz found out that i had the wrong charger, so I bought an original one. He even offered me to send the battery back and exchange it again if its not working. Now its working perfectly fine, best store in Salford.
