Went in at 5.10pm and the woman that I'd seen for the first time shut the washing machine door on me saying last wash at 5pm I was surprised as just last week I came in after work 3 times to do my wash at 5.30pm and the gentleman let me wash and dry and I was out by 6.30pm the time it states they close I asked her why this was I couldn't understand her but the man behind the alterations desk claimed I was accusing her of lying!? Just a weird place to be and really need improving on staff quality I understand everyone wants to go home on time but I was there an hour and half before closing there was no need to be so rude definitely looking for a new launderette to take my business and I suggest most working people do the same

This laundrette is run by untrustworthy and dishonest family. Do not fall for their polite persona. Stay away from the scrupulous establishment. The woman working there I gave £15 in notes to obtain change in coins but she only gave me £10 worth back and then denied the £5. I'm not the type to accuse anyone unless I'm 120% positive. Her way of dealing with it was to talk over me and then ignore me by carry on with whatever she was doing while im trying to explain by reasoning with her politely. The lack of any customer services and her rudeness then escalated the argument between me and her. Her husband who does the clothes alterations and mending at the front sneakily followed me out to my car down the dark alleyway and intimated me and prevented me from getting into my car because of something false his wife had fabricated and fed to him which I had never said to get her husband involved and the coward waited till I was out down a dark place rather than clarify it in the shop. I was trying to open the car door and he stood against it and up close over me in a threatening and intimidating manner. I was shocked, appalled and afraid. I came away very upset and ruined my whole weekend. There machines do not wash properly anymore aswell. Many of my clothes came out dirty and as I arrived in the shop at the start there was already another lady really upset and complaining about the standard of the washing as her clothes had come out dirty too. The lady serving at the till (same who took my money dishonestly) told that lady it's got nothing to do with her if the machines dont wash the clothes and later said the same to me. They think it's not there responsibility to provide machines that actually wash clothes properly. They are all related that work there so it is there responsibility and not just to take the money.

Been coming in here for a while, but going to stop now. The driers are not very good. You seem to be putting money in it forever, and the clothes still come out damp. I didn't have that much washing in, but I put in 3 pound, and washing was still wet. This is not good, as the driers do not seem to get hot. This should not be allowed. I will be going somewhere else in future.

Dirtiest launderette I have been in. Not going in anymore. Staff are never there. Sometimes gone for hours. Machines and floor are really dirty. Have to always ask the key man for change as staff not there. The front door glass has been smashed for as long as I remember. Dangerous for kids. For a laundry shop, it is dirty when it should be clean.
