4 weeks into the BUILT programme and I'm hooked. Can be quite intimidating joining a new gym / programme, but staff / other gym members make you feel like part of the family from day1, really good culture. Can't really fault anything, good equipment, good atmosphere, good coaching. The coaching / classes strike the perfect balance of working with you, finding your strength / fitness levels whilst pushing you to get better each session, focusing on technique and teaching you something new every time. Seen great improvements in my mindset, health, strength and fitness in the short time I've been going and look forward to improving myself going forward at RSG. Best thing I've done in years joining.

Now 8 months into my 2nd stint at RSG after 3 years away, without doubt the best gym I've trained at and I've trained in quite a few over the years, if your looking for a soulless sterile gym with piped mtv this isn't the place for you, however if you want the best equipped gym with an amazing atmosphere were everyone is your team mate and genuinely roots for you and is happy to see your improvement then this is the place for you. Can't fault it, great coaches and great members, don't hesitate to get on board you'll love it.

I have never been to anything like this before. But from the minute I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome. I am now 4 weeks in and the change to my body from day 1 is amazing. The support you get from the trainers and the other members is amazing. This isn’t just a gym it’s a family.

I come to RSG periodically to train when I fancy a break from my gym. The equipment is of a very high quality, the space is great and the atmosphere is perfect for a hard training session. The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. If I didn't live an hour away, I wouldn't hesitate to make it main gym!

RSG is a great gym, plenty of power cages, comp spec equipment for powerlifters, a range of strongman kit too. Asides from that, the community and atmosphere is what makes it such a great place to train. It's an inclusive and welcoming space, but also one where you can train alongside top class athletes.
