Finally, all our installers are "house trained" to be as neat and tidy as possible, clearing away debris and using dust sheets and carpet protectors to leave everything as you would expect it. John Connelly5 StarI have used Red Deal windows a few times in the past and had my last house fully glazed along with new doors fitted by Paul and Mark, who have been with this company a long time and have done all my previous work over the years.
Last fortnite I had 12 new panes fitted by them for a house i have renovated and 2 pairs of new french doors, Mark and Paul I believe have taken over this company but still do the fitting, they came out over 2 days to do the job, no delays to the promised installation date, price was very competitive as always and had a laugh with them, they have done a great job as always and will recommend to others.

D Mistry5 StarI bought 2 doors (68mm double rebated) best doors I have ever seen and 1 window (Nov 2021 & April 2022). One door was supplier only, the other door and window was fitted by them.
The reason for the delayed review, is because I wanted to see how the doors and window weathered over the months. I’m pleased to say I’m very HAPPY with both doors and window.
The was a lot of toing and froing in person and via email on my part because I have high standards. Kelly was very helpful and ensured high standards were met for. I’m now waiting to give them the go ahead for the rest of my windows.
Very happy with service, workmen arrived promptly and left everything neat and tidy.

We are totally delighted , they offer a fair price for a quality product. Fitting is to a very high standard and the installation team are lovely people who do an exceptional neat job .

From the initial meeting Steve and Stuart listened and offered great advice and all the different options we could have for our sash windows. The fitters were brilliant and there was minimal disruption. We are really happy with the service, competitiveness on prices and products. Nick Kov1 StarDon’t confuse this company with the one it was pre 2020; it is now under new ownership.
I placed an order for 6 windows on 30/10/20 that were promised to be fitted before Christmas. I made 2 phone calls in December, someone said someone else would ring me back, I never received that call so I phoned them on the 27/01/21. Due to two months having passed and seemingly little progress i had to cancel all other building works associated with the refurbishment.
They eventually called to arrange to fit the windows on the 23/02/21... they didn’t show up. They called me on the 24/02/21 to arrange to fit them on the 10/03/21. On 9/3, the day before this appointment, they called to say they can only fit 5 of the 6 windows and the 6th would follow at a later date (but not sure when) as it wasn’t ready. They then asked for a substantial part payment for the 5 windows which was never agreed in the first place, when would the 6th be fitted? They Mark said on the phone ‘we will leave it then’. Thanks for wasting 4 months of my time. Do not waste your time.Wednesday 10th March 2021
