Mill5 StarI sold my property with Reeds Rains and would highly recommend. Rachel did a great job with the photos and brochure, which brought in a lot of viewings (I requested an open house on a Saturday which worked really well for me).
I mainly had Gabby dealing with the sale of my house and my onwards purchase. She was absolutely brilliant and constantly chasing for me.
The rest of the team, Sam and Karen to mention a couple, were always really helpful and friendly.

The house was marketed very effectively and quickly achieved a good offer. David Green5 StarI cannot recommend Tony highly enough. From the initial enquiry and viewing, right the way through to completion yesterday he has been superb. Professional, friendly, helpful and communication has been great.
I know it is a well worn cliche, but he has helped us move into our dream rental home, negotiating our 1st choice move-in date with the landlord in the process which was a huge help for us.

K Shayan1 StarTo determine our home's value for sale, I completed a Zoopla form that forwarded our information to several local estate agents for valuation. Reeds Rains Cheadle branch contacted me by phone and gathered personal details and property information during a seven-minute call. They scheduled an appointment a few days later. However, I received a subsequent call indicating they could only value the property if it was listed immediately.
In summary, they collected all necessary information but failed to achieve the primary objective, resulting in a waste of time and unprofessional behavior on their part.Thursday 2nd March 2023
