Where to start, really really helpful staff extremely polite great service. I even understood the work they was doing and the full breakdown cost, and whilst they fixed my car they borrowed me a car so i could still work. I can not thank them enough from start to finish, very highly recommended 👌

I spent allot of time looking around for places to rebuilt my engine. After reading the reviews and first contact the Renovo I was happy with everything and was going to go ahead with it no matter what the quote was. I asked to call back with previous compression results in order to decide what exact work they was going to do. Called back 4 times over the space of 10 days to be told they’d call me back and they don’t. Or that their all of a sudden in the middle of something even though they just answered the phone. Been 3 weeks and still not heard back so taken the car else where. Poor communication. (Revisit) Renovo agreed they could do it within 2 weeks if I was to delivery the bare block to them. Their poor communication ultimately lead to a lack of trust and no longer wanting them to carry out the work either. Stars amended to reflect the lack of responsibility taken.

Booked in online for a full service on a Bank Holiday for my Mazda and the business was shut (my fault for not checking!) however, the person who spoke to me on the phone was super quick and helpful to get me in for a time that worked well with me. The whole process was really simple and headache free, I wasn't upselled once and some great advice was given for things I need to be aware of pre-MOT. I'll definitely be back to use Renovo again, 5/5 for professionalism. You can really tell they're interested in being great Mechanics. Cheers all at Renovo, you've made one happy customer!

Couldn’t find a better garage around if you tried. Made sure to explain everything in detail to me before any work was carried out and went above and beyond to make the whole experience comfortable- making cups of tea and even dropping me off home whilst my car had to stay in. Will be coming back again and recommending to anyone in Manchester.
