As someone mentioned before this is a company with no morals
I am so disgusted with the lack of support I received. All I wanted to do was modify the name and they wouldn’t let me.
I had to pay an extra 200€ to rebook the same car directly with the rental company
When I called crying to ask for help the customer service agent hung up on me

Andrius Riesutas1 StarRun away from this company, total ripp off!!! Don't call them they apply additional call fees with bad voice quality you can't hear them. Tried to solve problems via phone, got bill 110eur(normal call to UK was 0.89eur/min, I did not talk over 100mins with them) . Car rental company cancelled my booking even I said I will come next day in the morning!!! Lost 300e and bad mood beginning of my vacation!!! @Sunday 13th March 2022
Emina Beganovic1 StarNever ever again! They booked the money even though I didn´t get the car. They (Budget) didn´t accept my Debit Card. Nevertheless, save your time and don´t lose your nervs. Enjoy the service from another rent-company. What Rentalcar.com is selling is far away fro m a "Service"...Sunday 13th March 2022

I blame Ryanair application car hire.
I used the Ryanair car hire option on their application to hire a car in Italy for a week.
I paid for it in advance but when I reached Milan Italy and went to collect the car the rental company "Maggiore" said my UK driving license is not part of the EU and I need an international driving license ! she said i have to speak to the broker Rentalcars.com who have taken payment. When I called them this very rude lady called Anna answered and said i should have read the small print and she can't refund me! not even trying to help to get me part of my money back !!
I thought it was a joke but then she hung up. they basically ripped me off..Thursday 7th April 2022
