I came to Dom few months ago with a painful and clicking knee. Having had multiple surgeries on my knees and having gone through numerous physios over the years, I was pretty sure I was literally on my last legs. Turns out it wasn't the case! The first thing I noticed that distinguishes Resilience from other physios is the comprehensive assessment of the whole body/injuries history to pinpoint the cause of the problem, rather than just tackling the symptoms. Long story short, a couple of months in, I am now jumping, cycling and working on my agility, whilst already being able to do 20+ one legged pistol squats. There is still some room for improvement, but the progress I've made under Dom's care is unbelievable. I could not recommend Resilience highly enough. The level of knowledge and ability in sport rehab area is world class.

Fantastic treatment today for lower back problems, Ed and Dom have both helped me over the last year, all treatments and causes of pain are explained the stretches i have been sent home with are really helping.

Jack was able to identify the problem which was Achilles tendinopathy and gave exercises for me to do to build up my strength and after a couple of weeks performing these exercises regularly, I noticed little to no pain in my Achilles

Broke my fibula and had ORIF surgery with a plate and screws. Ankle was totally locked in place due to a cast and non-weight bearing. Ed is doing a great job getting me back to my feet again, and knows what he is talking about
