0 stars from me I'm Very upset with the way I have been treated.Wanted my hair brown and it's turned ginger. Went back in and shown the owner my hair her response was it was brown when you left the shop . I payed £59 pound to colour my hair she said I will tone it down for you with purple shampoo that is meant for bleach she is meant to be a qualified hair dresser and she's asking me to put purple shapooms on a brown tint that's not right. No help what so ever will never enter this salon again if they don't know what they are doing god help us,plus cost of living crisis which I have saved for that to be let down . How much is a box dye I would of done a better job myself for £5 jokers

Becky has cut mine and my daughters hair and coloured my hair several times at its gorgeous each time. This time she had her hair cut and coloured by Beth. It’s gorgeous. So happy with it.
