Since 1993 Richmond Joiners and Builders Ltd have specialised in the supply and fit of uPVC products including windows, doors and roofline to the construction industry. Our clients range from a variety of principal contractors, housing associations, district councils, independent businesses and private homeowners throughout the country.

We offer an efficient, professional service from project inception including surveying, office management, site management, installation through to handover. Our experienced, trained office staff are competent in dealing with all types of client and specialise in liaison with residents from a variety of backgrounds.

Our site management team hold relevant qualifications and again are highly trained in delivering our range of products to the client. All our onsite operatives hold CSCS cards and are MTC accredited. We offer a comprehensive supply and fit service but also work with a selection of the UK’s leading uPVC manufacturers to deliver successful window and doors contracts across the country. Had Richmond fit my windows 14/10/2020 and what can I say, what a shoddy job. Damaged my reveals and wallpaper, when man from council came round to inspect the job, he only looked at three windows and said he wasn't going to do anymore paperwork as the job hadn't been done to a quality standard. They booked with us to come back and rectify their shoddy workmanship and done more damage to add the damage they done before. Really not happy with their work and I feel like I been let down massively by the council and who they employ to carry out works planned. Will be contacting the council to come and look at the state of my decor after completion. They basically sent in a wrecking crew to fit my windows. Your are lucky to get one star as i had to to write review. From a unhappy customer in Brabner Close Folkestone Kent. 😡😡😡😡😡

Learn how to drive! You was sat in stationary traffic and pulled into my lane as i approached! Then you had the audacity to beep me! If you dont like negative reviews don't plaster your company on your vehicle. Oh yes, its on my dash camer.

I would give this company minus 10 if I could, sent them 3 emails over the last three weeks not one reply. I went into the offices to be told they only do commercial property not domestic. There is nothing on the outside of the building or on their website to say this. Dont touch this company. If they cant answer when you want to provide them with work, what would they be like if they did a shoddy job?
