He was really thorough and always kept his word. Difficult times for the car industry and Luke managed my expectations really well. My car is beautiful too and I’m a really happy customer! Great experience at Robins & Day Citroen Sale buying a 2019 C3 Aircross a few weeks ago. The car was reserved for me, all my questions were answered, and I was given time to make up my mind. Luke was friendly, down-to-earth and helpful and made the process really straightforward. Very happy with the car so far too and will almost certainly be coming here for services and MOT's. Really nice garage where all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The difference between sales and after-sales is remarkable. All I need is a small button on the steering wheel. Having to do my own progress chasing is difficult. There is a marked difference between the welcome I received when I bought my C3 and the stone wall I’m experiencing trying to get my replacement part is appalling.

Reception was very professional, collection two days later was excellent as well. Car had been washed also - very pleased. Got a lift home on the Tuesday by their good selves.
