BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!! If it was possible this guy would not get a star it would be a minus. I have a quote which says take down chimney stack, rebuild with new brick, replace flashing, remove debris, water test, repair felt adjoining next door. He did not do any of this. The leak started again within 7 months. After several attempts to contact him and arrangements made he didn't turn up. I tried via MyBuilder over the following year to get some response, they were told by Mr Lindley that he was not willing to do anything. In January 2020 I had 2 other roofers call to estimate they took videos which showed me how little Mr Lindley did, old brick, no flashing, broken tiles basically a mess. SO BE WARNED!!!
