Beeb 2942 StarWas very impressed when my child first joined but it seems to be going a bit downhill. It's a bit hit and miss depending who you speak to as conflicting information is given at times. I understand it's a business at the end of the day and it's about money but more should be done to make the child and parent/carer feel valued.Friday 8th April 2022
