I have a dining room table that I bought when I lived in the US. It’s about 100 years old and has definitely been used a lot. I’ve had it for about 40 years and it’s been moved from Texas to New Jersey to the U.K. and has suffered through decades of us not only eating but also all sorts of kids art projects and ester egg dying. It was desperately in need of restoring. Roy did an excellent job! The table looks amazing!

I contacted this company about restoring a large piece of pine furniture earlier this year. I was told that despite being fairly close (within about 5 miles) to where they are based I would have to wait until next time they were passing, which was normally every week or so, as they couldn't do anything without seeing the piece and refused to make a specific journey to come and have a look. This was in March and was the last I heard. No follow up to say they couldn't do it after all, no phone call to come and see. Just me left with a still unrestored piece despite being 4 months on from when I wanted it done having had to store it somewhere for the intervening period. Unclear whether this company thinks wasting my time is acceptable but I can assure them it isn't and given that they apparently think their time is more important than their potential customers, perhaps I dodged a bullet by not having to use them. Who knows. Not sure about the quality of work obviously as I didn't get past the initial stage.

Mr. Clark must be superb at his job because punctuality and communication with customers do not figure in his approach. To have no concept of customer service and effectively be able to turn work away, indicates, as I say, he must be brilliant. Pity I never found out!

Roy provided excellent service collecting a large heavy Oak wardrobe we could not get around the staircase Roy took it away to his workshop repairing the damage stripping the wardrobe in to manageable pieces bringing it back taking it upstairs putting it all back together you cannot tell it's been in pieces this man is a magician with furniture.
