He offered to come over almost instantly, professional guy with clearly a lot of knowledge about plumbing. He rectified the issue and tightened everything in the area too to make sure nothing else could leak. Absolutely brilliant service couldn't recommend enough. Turned up on time with a message to say on the way, and within minutes of being in the house, straight to work with the task in hand. Lynn Ansell5 StarExcellent service. Needed a dual fuel cooker installed after being let down by someone. Called Royal plumbing and they came within an hour and did the job....despite a few issues with lay out of kitchen and pipes they worked around this and found a solution so we could have the cooker installed immediately....after living off takeaways and microwave food for over a week this was very much appreciated. Emma Davidson5 StarVery professional and efficient. I initially needed a boiler repair as I had no heating or hot water, Paul responded and arrived quickly solving the problem for me so I wasn't without either in the middle of Jan!
Boiler installation was very quick but done with the utmost skill and care. Paul and James were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me and price was also very reasonable!
In addition, I have an indoor cat and they were very thoughtful of her.
