After redecorating my new house I needed carpets for the two bedrooms and stairs. I went to numerous places in Oldham and Royton getting quotes. I got one from Royton carpets early on as a friend recommended them, but I had only just started browsing and deciding on a colour. Dennis in the shop said you won't beat my prices and he was absolutely right. We went straight back that week. Dennis and the staff in the shop were so helpful showing us the different qualities, sizes and underlays. I'm really sorry I cant remember the names of the other staff. We found an odd one that was perfect but, there was not enough for the front bedroom. Denis found a perfect match in the book and it looks identical. The fitters Dave and Lee came and did the bedrooms. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting them but my mum said they were really lovely, friendly, yet still professional. They got straight onto the job, were a good team and did a fantastic job. I feel bad about the next part. My house come to a stand still after the fitting in Sept due to having to help my parents with their bills, car and then my car needed expensive repairs to pass its MOT. I was waiting for my decorator for the stairs to be free. So Royton Carpets held my stairs carpet for me from September 2022 to June 2023 and when I went in to apologise to Dennis there was no problem at all. He had kept all my details measurements and I was greeted with a smile. Lee and Dave contacted me within 2 days of me going into the store and arranged a date and time to come that week. Again they did a fantastic job, I again didn't have the pleasure of meeting them, but my mum said they did a fantastic job and were lovely. I asked Lee and Dave to also measure my bathroom, living room and kitchen for me whilst they were there, so I have an idea what I need to pay when the wiring and decoratoring is done. Put it one way I won't be going anywhere else. Honest, friendly, helpful, patient and reliable staff from the moment we stepped into the store right down to the fitting. Thank you so so much for all your help. See you in a few months time.

Excellent are Royton carpets. I always use them. If required a home visit to measure and quote is available. We had a full house carpet and cushion flooring. The choice is good and excellent prices. The team are highly motivated and take pride with customer service. Should there ever be an issue Royton carpets are exceptional to resolve issues which demonstrates skills in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble. First Class service. Wide range variety of carpets and cushion flooring to suit everyone's budget and personal taste. The fitters we had Darren and Dad are FANTASTIC very pleasant and had working. Provided 24 hour after care advice and very knowledgeable about products. Thank you .

I used Royton Carpet & Grass Centre when i moved in to my new home last year and i would use them again in the future. There quick reliable with competitive reasonable prices and with a variety of various flooring helpful polite staff with a friendly service definitely recommend.

Can not recommend this carpet place enough!! Definitely the best there is around!!! There customer service is AMAZING and there carpets are such good quality and standard and value for money! I have had Royton Carpet and Grass Centre for all my carpets and also had artificial grass from them too. No job us too big or too small. My friends and family use them also and they all have had excellent service and extremely happy with the flooring that they have purchased. The fitting service they provide is outstanding ,with the fitters always reliable and polite. Definitely give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed!
