Dont know why this roofer has such high ratings.Likeable person but doesnt do a good enough job.I had several slates broken i found out after they left seemed as many as the ones they replaced.Not good enough.

New roof 5 years ago, has been nothing but grief since, leaks, sodden timbers, felt that doesn't meet at the edges. Have contacted RPL to fix, but now refuses to call back. Had loads of roofers out since and they all agree, that the roof should not have failed after 5 years. Rob is nice guy but sadly the roof is a very disappointing credit to him. Hope he calls back.

Used Rpl roofing for complete reproof and gutter installation. Rob came for a quote and had a look at the roof and provided a good price and even insulated the loft with the insulation we bought. The work was of a good standard and he turned up on time every day. After completion the gutter was not connected but I called him and he came and sorted the issue. I would recommend Rob as the job done is to a high standard.

Rob had done some roof repairs for a leaking attic. This involved among other things, fixing the lead around the base of the chimney. Unfortunately the leak never stopped. It wasn't obvious during the summer but as the cold set in it was there again coinciding with the rain. When I called and emailed him he did not reply. I had to recall another roofer who had to complete this job within the year's guarantee. I would not trust this company.

Discovered mould and damp in our our bedroom so email RPL roofing. I received a call back within 24 hours and Rob arranged to come and have a look the following morning. It was quickly identified we had a broken tile which was replaced same day. As well resolving this quickly Rob seemed both friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend
