Cannot fault the service centre. Took my car in without an appointment as the front brakes were grinding and making an alarming noise. The service centre staff sorted it out there and then. (It was a stone stuck in the brakes). Fantastic service. Please pass my thanks on to the reception staff, particularly Anne, who was fantastic and very helpful.

Best Ever..... Fantastic service from Gareth and Lee at RRG KIA Bury. They went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough. Sorted the problem(changed rear bulb) within few minutes and did it for free.(Lucky customer of the day) I had similar good experience in past aswell from RRG KIA BURY. Sincerest thanks.

Can't really judge as they couldn't reproduce the screeching noise from the aircon / accessory drive belt that I recorded on video. I got quite a pathetic explanation of an air vent half open that might have been associated with it. The young man who picked up and returned the car was very pleasant and courteous. Thanks

Another service carried out with professionalism and very friendly staff, the video feed back was brilliant and very thorough, showing the underside of the vehicle and any faults. Recommend them to anyone.
