Great experience from start to finish. Very attentive and helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and did what they could to help. Turned up to look at vehicles, and didn't need to wait for a sales assistant to offer help. Able to do a test drive on the same day. No pressure at any point throughout the process and everything ready when it was said it would be. Phone call a few days after collecting my car to check everything was OK. Thanks Dan for the smooth and easy process.

Overall excellent experience. Was greeted on arrival and offered a drink. Went on a test drive with Matt Ellis who listened to my car criteria and commented on the suitability of certain cars based on what I would need. He was polite, informative and didn't find him pushy. I returned the next day to buy the car. Rob Crank looked after me and I found him to be welcoming, knowledgeable and very pragmatic. The purchase process was smooth and well explained. Rob explained how the car works and delivered on everything we agreed on. We set up three day insurance to give me the chance to drive home and get my own insurance. This was easy and well explained. Seems to be a big focus on politeness, friendliness and customer service at Toyota RRG Altrincham. If I had to nit-pick, I would potentially advise that some of the email communications could be condensed from several emails to fewer. Overall experience was very straight-forward, easy and I'm very satisfied.

Great service thanks. I found my car over the internet and dealt with Steve, Ryan and Matt at RRG over the phone and emails including part exchanging my old car for which they gave me a fair price and the car I bought was exactly as described. I drove 200 miles to collect and everything was ready and waiting when I arrived and I was driving home within the hour in my new C-HR. A great example of the service I have come to expect from Toyota and really glad I chose a car from RRG. Thanks to you all.

Went in this morning to sign some paperwork to enable my daughter (new young driver) to get a car. The showroom is amazing. Had an appointment with Matt and Steve who were so so lovely and very friendly. They did their absolute best to help my daughter who is over the moon with her new purchase. Excellent professionalism, thankyou so much Matt and Steve. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
