Robert Hannan1 StarSent wrong item, replaced with item missing parts. Tried to say I'd ordered incorrectly until I sent them a copy of the advert. I paid to return with the promise of reimbursement. They didn't honour that. I got money from eBay (not the postage) after 40 emails they still won't honour the promise of postage refund. Incompetent or dishonest or both. Fran Lange1 StarAvoid buying from them on Ebay, a part was missing and item was not usable for this reason. Very unresponsive, they finally agreed for a returm, but sent knowingly a wrong postage label and now decline to refund postage. AVOID!Thursday 20th May 2021
Ann Smith1 StarI ordered a gaming head set with Hdmi cable and a remote for my daughters xbox 360 and I got an angry birds gaming head set it wasn't what I ordered. It was delivered to me on the 28th October. They sent me a replacement out on the 29th October and they said it would take 2/4 working day I'm still waiting for it now. I sent them an other message on the 9 November and they just said the same thingWednesday 11th November 2020

The Company took my money sent one of the three items and despite emailing them 4 times they have not sent the remainder of my order or refunded the money they hold.
