I have been using RTJ for serving on my Saab 9-3 ttid for about 6 months now. They have resolved all the problem the previous 2 Saab dealers have been unable or unwilling to resolve for 4 years. All my rattles and engine problems are gone completely, my car drives like new again. I cannot recommend then enough. There is an ex Saab fully trained tech here, and the guys know the Tech2 analysis tool inside out. They even re-mapped my ECU as a test to diagnose a problem. They have been reasonable with their prices and delivered all their work in promised timescales. EGR repaired. Door locks repaired. Suspension bushes repaired. Services done. Window mechanism sorted. Front brakes done. Seat springs about to be done. Drinks holder replaced. Anti-drainback oil valve replaced.

I can't express the level of honesty and integrity that these guys have. I went to 2 other mechanics prior to going to this one, including one of the major chains and was quoted more than double what I paid at RTJ Autos. They fixed the problem quickly and I am extremely satisfied. Keep up the good work and don't change. 5 stars, all day long, thank you for saving me a pretty penny.

Many thanks to the team at RTJ. Some 250 miles from home my Saab threw a fault code and went into limp mode. RTJ we’re able to look at it straight away, identify the fault and assure me that it was safe to drive back to Devon. Although I wasn’t able to leave the car with them to fix due to time constraints I very sure these guys would have sorted the problem for me. I would thoroughly recommend them and their friendly and super efficient diagnosis

I’ve used Rick and Jon a few times now for my ageing Saab. It seems that low mileage doesn’t mean fit for purpose! Each visit has involved professional analysis, honest diagnosis and accurate quotes to put things right. Lots needed to do for the last mot but they had it for two days and fixed it all. 6 stars.

After having had a service from these people on my Peugeot, which seemed fine, I arranged to take it back in for the heater blower to be replaced and a price was agreed. On picking it up, we noticed a lot of vibration and the passenger side airbag cover loose. Despite leaving it with them to fix again, no additional work was done and the vibration was as bad as before. I asked for (and was given) the cost of the labour back but didn't want them to be out of pocket so let them have the price of the blower - which they priced at over £100. Fast forward 11 months and the blower stops working again - well at least it obviously had come loose inside. Eventually I found another garage to do the work and they were in for a surprise ... They reported many missing screws, nuts and bolts. They reported clutch bracket was held on with one bolt only and the car had not been disassembled the correct way to get the new blower in (There are videos on You Tube BTW) and that's what was initially causing the vibration - the fan had been damaged during installation and not mounted properly. In the mechanic's words, my poor car had been butchered. They spent almost as long repairing what had been damaged, as they did replacing the blower. There is little point in me trying to go back to RTJ Autos to get redress, but my experience may be useful to others
