One of the most unsettling shopping experiences I have had while shopping in Manchester. When I walked in, I got looks like an alien had just came in. I guess that the "ladies" did not think I was there to buy, or maybe that I could not afford their expensive shoes? Just a feeling. I ended up buying 2 pair of shoes (one full price, the second on sales) for a total of £ 330: not too shabby for the alien. On my second visit I bought another pair (full price), and on this occasion I was also given a "reward card", which I used when I achieved a £90 discount (with more shopping visits). It is when I went to claim my benefit that I felt like I was looked down upon, once again like I did not belong in their shop. It is almost needless to say that I NEVER went back to shop at R&B, not after being treated like that. Since then, I have been buying my shoes in Italy or elsewhere in Manchester, and they are normally much better quality shoes!

Welcoming and friendly environment.we were welcomed by a lovely sales advisor (will ) assisted us with what we were looking even though the item was not in store shelves .Made the customer experience really enjoyable at the store .
