Both David and Katie provided an excellent service when buying our first home. David thoroughly searched the market of lenders and provided the best deal for us. As we are inexperienced as first time buyers, David also throughly explained everything in simple terms to us which we both fully understood. Katie provided excellent communication between all parties and considering the difficult time through the pandemic, her service was excellent. The service was also effortless on our behalf, everything was taken care of. We would recommend this service to everyone looking to mortgage or remortgage and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

We rented a property managed by Ryder & Dutton which we went on to buy from the landlord after the initial tenancy period. On the rental side, the initial referencing process was long winded but I imagine separates the wheat from the chaff. The house is well presented and maintained, the lettings team were extremely helpful, we dealt with Carmel at head office as well as Linda and Vicky at the Ashton branch. During the purchase we primarily dealt with Georgia who was very efficient, dedicated and kept the deal on track.

Georgia was incredibly helpful with the whole buying process for me and my partner. She made sure we were up to date with information and eased when we were stressed due to unexpected changes in the process. During stressful times having supportive, helpful staff makes such a difference and that’s what Georgia did for our experience. Ryder and Dutton have been a great company to work with whilst buying a house and have done everything to exceed our expectations with the support they offer.
