The sale of property was handled by Claudette and what a great service she provided. She was approachable, friendly, always available to take calls and answer questions. Clearly very experienced in how these things work, she was a calming presence during a stressful period. Overall, I would definitely choose Ryder & Dutton again to handle the sale of future properties.

My experience as a first time buyer could not have been better with Ryder and Dutton. Claudette from Ryder and Duttons Middleton branch was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to calm my nerves by chasing up solicitors and feeding information back and forth between the vendor and myself. She understood how important buying my first property was for me and was able to connect with me on a personal level while still maintaning professionalism. I would definitely use Ryder and Dutton as my go to estate agent, especially Claudette, for any future sales/purchases I make and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Overall we were satisfied with the service from Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents. Our contact Claudette kept us informed on a regular basis and did follow up any queries we had regarding the sale. We feel however that the initial asking price was over inflated which resulted in a slow start to the selling process.

As First Time Buyers, navigating the current housing market is no easy feat. Contacting Estate Agents and enquiring about properties is not always a pleasant experience. However, with Ryder & Dutton it is a different experience; truly a top-tier service which we had to recommend. Right from the outset, Claudette has been reliable, efficient and approachable from answering our many questions to providing reassurance when progression of the sale was slowing. She has been a constant source of contact and intermediate between the Sellers; and even at points communicating with the Seller’s Solicitors to keep the process moving forward.
