I thought of giving the place 4 stars, for the fact that you will probably find yourself queuing to get the boat, and into the Castle. Steve Threlfall1 StarIn spite of being booked and acknowledged by the phone app in the morning my car failed to arrive at the appointed time in the evening.The app seemed to have been taken down and when I called I was told that I had cancelled my booking!.I maintained I had done no such thing whereupon I was told it didn't matter anyway as they had no cars available for the rest of the end the phone was put down on me.Veryruse and appalling service.

Cedar Hodsman1 StarBeen left standing at the end of my drive with bags and baby for half an hour. Absolutely shocking.
Booked a taxi last night to come for 8:15 this morning. At 8:20, still had not received the dispatch text so I rang them. Hardly even an apology, just said the taxi was getting cleaned and it would be dispatched in 10 mins. Asked for a discount as I was now going to be late, but the operator just hung up.
Dispatch text finally came through at 8:35 am, 20 mins after he was supposed to be here. Fuming.
Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened. Wish this wasnt the case, as the operators are usually nicer than Metro, but I have been let down the worst by S&D. Never using them again.Wednesday 15th September 2021
