The staff was professional and helpful, they helped me both moving things in and out in a particularly busy time of the year. The storage conditions were excellent and all my electronic devices worked fine after staying 6 months in storage.

All reception members were very polite and always happy to help. They provided excellent service. However one thing I'm not happy with is moving company they recommend me. Unfortunately I can't remember the name but it was the worst company I've ever used. They were very unprofessional, they arrived 2 hours late on my move day and they weren't careful with my furniture. They actually scratches badly some of it (added photos of my new desk).They should never recommend this company to anyone! When I mentioned this to reception and showed them marks on my furniture they were very apologetic. The next day manager rang me and again apologised for recommending this company. He even offered to give me refund on last 2 weeks of my stay with them which was very nice of him. But then he didn't keep his word and I never got any money back.
