AVOID AT ALL COSTS (especially Safestyles overly inflated costs!) Very expensive and the standard of service is terrible! You could get better service and pay half the price. Left the job half done and after 2 weeks where nobody got in touch I had to ring them to tell then they hadn't actually finished! It feels like nobody knows what's going on and all they do is farm the jobs out to tradesman. The idea of using them was to avoid having to get 3 different tradesmen in and being messed about. Should have saved my money! It's been 1 month to fit a window!! I could have done it myself in less time.

Absolutely shocked with the poor standards of fitting and quality of the windows. Window doors are extremely difficult to close, I fear they will break quite easily, installers caused so much damage, AVOID THIS WHICH I THOUGHT WERE A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY!!

Salesman was great and the installers were great so i recommended them to a freind and they find out anyway they can not to payout the referal fee. I wont be recommending them to anyone else

Booked an appointment for a quote. Appointment arranged, baby sitter for newborn arranged with great difficulty. Appointment confirmed 3 times by Safestyle by telephone . One even advising they may be late. Spent 1 hour driving around with baby in car to get them settled for baby sitter. No show! Not happy at all. But also glad. If this is the first contact with them. Imagine having windows and doors fitted by them. I dread to think.

Appalling service and incompetent staff. Safestyle phoned me over 2 weeks after we agreed on a price and paid a deposit, to tell me there was ‘just a couple of extra charges’. Turns out there were 3 extra charges, due to their mistakes. Somehow this company, that sells and fits windows, forgot to charge us for scaffolding despite knowing we’d wanted second floor windows front and back! Secondly, they’d measured up for said windows incorrectly! And thirdly, they’d casually added on 3 lintels at a cost of £800+ but was told ‘you may not even need them, but they’re there then if you do’. We either need lintels or we don’t?! So safestyle had the audacity to phone me, to ask for a further payment of £1900 to cover said mistakes, but literally in the next sentence said that with ‘discount’ we can get that cost down to £1200! Hahaha!! I was given no explanation for their incompetency and no apology for wasting our time. The only thing I was rudely told over the phone was that, ‘well we have to charge for labour’ and ‘the work can’t be done for free’. I wasn’t expecting free work, I was expecting this work to be carried out professionally. I would NOT recommend this company to you or anyone at all in fact. Please, don’t waste your time. Seek another company or shop small and local and support hard working family businesses that actually care. Not money grabbing companies like safestyle, who forget window fitters can’t scale houses like spider man and that houses need full sized windows, not wendy house sized windows. 🙄.
